Brad earned his bachelor of science in construction management from Ferris State University and served eight years in the U.S. Navy, based in Japan. He honed his project management skills and construction knowledge as a Project Director and Associate Partner at the CSM Group, a construction management firm based in Kalamazoo. He also has worked as a Health and Safety Consultant for a Grand Rapids firm.
Brad's project management skills, construction knowledge and commitment to quality are highly valued by his team. An asset to any project, Brad is committed to exceeding customer expectations and to establishing Case Systems Solutions as the premier dealer/contractor in Michigan.
Not only is Brad fluent in Japanese, but he loves his coffee as much as he loves the Beatles. You will frequently see him throughout the office with project details, plans, schematics and his Beatles coffee mug. Let Brad bring his high level of energy and experience to your project.
Jack Smith

Before coming to Case Systems Solutions in 2010, Smith has been a Senior Production Engineer for the Worden Company and an Operations Manager at Maricant USA. In addition, he was a Project Manager at Wolverine Interiors, where he managed a schedule-driven, multimillion-dollar casework, laboratory, epoxy-resin, fixture and overhead service carrier project for Indiana University/Purdue University in Indianapolis.
Detailed-oriented and committed to a quality service experience, Jack possesses both casework and construction experience, and he understands the specialized needs of our customers. From design and construction to shipping and installation, Jack ensures our team executes and provides all the services necessary for a successful project - on time and as expected.
In his spare time, Jack is an extreme baseball fan and an avid player. He brings the same dedication to teamwork and a sense of fair play to everything he does, including your project.
Jeremy Hanson

Before coming to Case Systems Solutions in 2010, Hanson has been a Senior Estimator for Design Craftsmen, as well as, a Project Manager for INvironments. As part of his professional experience, Jeremy estimated and wrote the technical proposal and walk-through narrative for Design Craftsmen's winning bid to create the exhibits for the National Infantry Museum. It was the largest project of his career.
Numbers plus details, equates to a thorough understanding of every project for Jeremy. From reviewing preliminary designs and construction details to calculating freight and installation, Jeremy brings the right characteristics to the Solutions team - quality products and competitive prices.
Jeremy's favorite pastime is to watch, coach and play hockey. He brings the same precision to his estimates as he does on the ice.
Nate Darland

His excellent communications skills, clear understanding of projects from start to finish and pride in his work make him the perfect addition to our team. His job is to ensure we adhere to the projected installation schedule. Based on previous experience, he understands how dependent the success of the project is on each person and trade completing their work on time.
Nate has been in the construction industry for more than a decade. At D&D Building, he was a General Trades Foreman. Prior to working at D&D Building, he was Lead Carpenter at MJM Builders in Rockford and also had experience as an Owner of D&D Exterior Maintenance in Lake, Mich.
When Nate is not installing casework, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing as well as spending quality time with his family.

Jeff Coates

Jeff is responsible for assisting with estimating and subcontractor management functions for prospective and awarded projects. He provides support every step of the way, managing projects from custom design to installation.
Before joining our team in 2011, Jeff provided clerical and office support at Faulkner Construction and also worked as a CAD draftsman. Jeff received a bachelor's degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan.
On and off the job, Jeff is an easy-going yet dedicated individual. He enjoys spending time with his parents, two brothers and girlfriend. His many hobbies include disc golf, landscaping, cooking, golf, cheering on Detroit sports' teams and spending weekends "up north."
Scott Meggison

Working at Case Systems for almost 15 years has given Scott extensive experience in designing casework solutions. Before joining the Case Systems Solutions team, Scott worked with Case Systems in the specialty department and ultimately as the Lead Drafter for catalog and Autocase drawings.
Scott realizes that every stage of a project is important. His attention to detail and teamwork deliver results - he works with the project manager to assess client needs in order to deliver steel workstations and casework configurations that fit their vision.
When he's not helping create spaces for customers, Scott is still designing and creating - building custom furniture at his home shop. Before coming to Michigan, he also built custom sailboats in California for 25 years. Whatever the task, Scott enjoys a challenge and is committed to quality results.
